Genau eines je Batterieturm, unabhaengig von der Modulanzahl. Mehrere Tuerme brauchen je ein eigenes BMS.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need the BMS?

The battery management system monitors every single cell in the tower – voltage, temperature, and state of charge – and tells the inverter how much can be charged or discharged. Without a BMS, a lithium storage system is neither safe nor operational.

How many BMS units do I need?

Exactly one per battery tower, regardless of whether the tower has 3 or 8 modules. If you operate multiple towers in parallel, each tower needs its own BMS.

Is the BMS compatible with my inverter?

The BMS communicates via CAN or Modbus (RS485) with Fronius hybrid inverters of the GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus series. The Reserva Pro system is not approved for other devices.

Where is the BMS mounted?

It has the same footprint as the battery modules and is integrated directly into the tower. So you don't need any additional space on the wall or in the cabinet.
