The K2 mounting sets for trapezoidal sheet metal use the low BasicRail 22 in combination with the BasicClip. The rail is screwed directly onto the bead of the trapezoidal sheet metal with thread-forming screws and a sealing washer – without roof hooks, without penetration in the trough. This results in a flat, wind-favorable mounting for 2 to 12 modules including clamps and potential equalization.

What's included

BasicRail 22 rails with connectors, BasicClip module clamps, thread-forming screws with sealing washer for fastening to the bead, EndCaps, TerraGrif potential equalization and lightning protection clamps.

Directly on the bead

The BasicRail 22 is laid across the high beads and screwed there – the load goes directly into the supporting sheet metal structure, the trough remains untouched. Advantage: very flat installation height, low wind attack surface and quick assembly.

Yes. Designed for wind load zone 2 and floor height 3. Sheet thickness and purlin spacing must be checked on a project-specific basis.
