K2 Mounting Kits Corrugated Roof Horizontal

(5 products)

The K2 Mounting Kits for Corrugated Roof Horizontal are complete sets for corrugated fiber cement roofs, where the modules are mounted horizontally. Fastening is done with hanger bolts M10x180 including fiber cement seals directly into the wooden substructure – through the corrugation peak, without roof hooks. The SingleRail 36 rails are placed on top. Available for 2 to 6 modules – including black module clamps, end caps, and equipotential bonding.

Fastening with hanger bolts

The hanger bolt M10x180 is screwed through the corrugation peak directly into the load-bearing wooden substructure. The included fiber cement seal permanently seals the penetration. The SingleRail 36 is then height-adjusted and mounted on top – the modules lie horizontally.

What's included

Hanger bolts M10x180 with fiber cement seals and nuts, SingleRail 36 rails including rail connectors, black anodized end and mid clamps, end caps, TerraGrif equipotential bonding, and lightning protection clamps – tailored to the respective number of modules.

Frequently Asked Questions
What roofs are the kits designed for?

For corrugated fiber cement roofs (Eternit corrugated sheets) with a load-bearing wooden substructure. The hanger bolt must securely grip the purlin or rafter.

Horizontal or vertical?

Horizontal means that the modules are arranged horizontally. If the modules are to be placed vertically, the Corrugated Roof Vertical kits are the right choice.

What modules are the kits designed for?

Standard framed modules with 30–42 mm frame height.

Does the roof need to be statically checked?

Yes. The design is based on wind load zone 2 and building height 3. The condition of the corrugated sheets and the load-bearing capacity of the substructure must be checked on a project-specific basis.
