Frequently Asked Questions
Can I operate the module individually?
No. A tower always consists of a base, at least 3 battery modules, and a BMS. The module alone is an expansion or a spare part, not a standalone storage unit.
How many modules fit into a tower?
Between 3 and 8 units. This results in 11.9 kWh (3 modules) to 31.9 kWh (8 modules) of usable energy. If more is needed, up to 4 towers can be operated in parallel, totaling up to 127.6 kWh.
Can I upgrade an existing storage system later?
Yes, as long as the tower has not yet been expanded to 8 modules. The modules are stacked and self-connect. The expansion should be carried out by a qualified electrician and correctly configured in the system.
What does LFP mean?
LFP stands for Lithium Iron Phosphate. These cells do not contain cobalt, are more thermally stable than NMC cells, and can withstand many charging cycles – the safest design used in residential homes.
