UP/DOWN control with volt-free auxiliary inputs (12-230V UC) for group and central control. This motor forward/reverse control is used for roller shutters, blinds, skylights, etc., and can be controlled with commercially available, mechanically unlatched pushbuttons. The priority auxiliary inputs allow multiple UMS 5P units to be combined into group and central controls. The motor run time can be limited (3-240 s) to prevent the motor from overloading in case of mechanical blockage, for example. A convenient, automatic, and adjustable closing function prevents, among other things, a skylight from being accidentally left open. The selectable blind mode allows precise positioning of the slats of high-speed blinds. The local inputs are controlled by 230V AC pushbutton signals (=operating voltage). Thanks to the volt-free auxiliary inputs, integration into existing/future automation solutions (e.g., PLCs, etc.) is easily possible.
