VN-T6-middle connection radiators. Middle connection radiators made of cold-rolled steel sheet according to EN 442-1, stable, shapely profiling with 40 mm bead spacing, primer coating according to DIN 55900 Part 1, baked at 190 degrees C, finished with an electrostatic powder coating according to DIN 55900 Part 2, in RAL 9016, baked at 210 degrees C object temperature, equipped with a fixed, built-in T-shaped valve set, suitable for two-pipe and one-pipe systems using a one-pipe distributor, the kv value of the factory-mounted built-in valve is preset and matched to the heat output, whereby demand-oriented adjustments in the range of 0.13 to 0.72 are possible. Adjustment of the radiator share in one-pipe systems from 30% to 50%. Equipped with construction site protective cap for the built-in valve, rear-side welded suspension lugs, a removable, upper cover and two closed side panels for all types, drainage, rotatable special vent and blank plugs sealed, the cover system complies with the former BAGUV guidelines, complete pre-installation possibility through the mounting template 3/4' A.G., flushing and leak test of the system by means of flushing bend (accessory), alternatively also connectable as compact radiator on one side or alternately, uniform wall distance for all multi-layer radiators (with special angled bracket also for single-layer radiators). Disassembly and assembly of the upper cover by means of decorative clips, performance tested according to DIN EN 442 or ÖNORM EN 442 and permanently production-monitored according to EN-ISO 9001, triple packed (cardboard, edge protection, shrink film). Suitable for manual and thermostat operation, variable connection option for copper, steel, plastic and multi-layer pipes, connections: 4 x G 1/2 I.G. and 2 x G 3/4 A.G. bottom center. Thermostatic valve (factory-sealed at top right) can be easily exchanged to the left at any time, even retrospectively, without turning the radiator and without crossing flow and return.
