VN-T6-PLAN Central connection radiator Central connection radiator made of cold-rolled sheet steel according to EN 442-1, galvanized front panel with 1 mm thickness, primer coating according to DIN 55900 part 1, baked at 190 degrees C, finished with an electrostatic powder coating according to DIN 55900 part 2, in RAL 9016, baked at 210 degrees C object temperature, equipped with a fixed, built-in T-shaped valve assembly, suitable for two-pipe and one-pipe systems using a one-pipe distributor, the kv value of the factory-fitted built-in valve is pre-set and matched to the heat output, whereby adjustments can be made as required in the range of 0.13 to 0.72. Adjustment of the radiator proportion for one-pipe systems from 30% to 50%. Equipped with a construction site protection cap for the built-in valve, rear-welded mounting brackets, a removable, upper cover and two closed side panels for all types, sealed drain, rotatable special vent and blanking plugs, the cover system complies with the former BAGUV guidelines, complete pre-installation option using mounting template 3/4' A.G., flushing and leak testing of the system using a flushing bend (accessory), alternatively also connectable as a compact radiator on one side or alternately, uniform wall distance for all multi-layer radiators (with special angled bracket also for single-layer radiators). Performance tested according to DIN EN 442 or ÖNORM EN 442 and permanently production-monitored according to EN-ISO 9001, triple packed (cardboard, edge protection, shrink film). Suitable for manual and thermostatic operation, variable connection options for copper, steel, plastic and multi-layer metal pipes, connections: 4 x G 1/2 I.G. and 2 x G 3/4 A.G. bottom center. Thermostatic valve (factory sealed top right) can also be easily replaced on the left at any time without turning the radiator and without crossing flow and return.
