T6 CENTRE-CONNECTION RADIATOR Material & Surface Centre-connection radiator made of cold-rolled steel sheet according to EN 442-1, stable, aesthetically pleasing profiling with 40mm groove spacing, base coating baked at 190 degrees C, finish painted with an electrostatic powder coating according to DIN 55900 Part2, in RAL 9016, baked at 210 degrees C object temperature. Equipment Equipped with a permanently installed T-shaped valve set, suitable for two-pipe and one-pipe systems using a one-pipe distributor, the kv value of the factory-installed valve is pre-set and matched to the heat output, with needs-based adjustments possible in the range of 0.13 to 0.72. Adjustment of the radiator proportion in one-pipe systems from 30% to 50%. Equipped with a construction site protective cap for the built-in valve, rear-welded mounting lugs, a removable, upper cover and two closed side panels on all types, rotatable special vent and blank plugs sealed, the cover system complies with the former BAGUV guidelines. Installation Complete pre-installation possible using the 3/4 inch A.G. mounting template. Flushing and leak testing of the system using a flushing elbow (accessory), alternatively also connectable as a compact radiator on one side or alternately, uniform wall distance for all multi-layer radiators (with special angled bracket also for single-layer radiators). Dismantling and assembly of the upper cover using decorative clips, performance tested according to DIN EN 442 or ÖNORM EN 442 and permanently production-monitored according to EN-ISO 9001, triple-packed (cardboard, edge protection, shrink film). Connection Suitable for manual and thermostatic operation, variable connection options for copper, steel, plastic and multi-layer pipes, connections: 4 x G 1/2 I.G. and 2 x G 3/4 A.G. bottom center. Thermostatic valve (factory sealed top right) can be easily swapped to the left at any time, even retrospectively, without turning the radiator and without crossing flow and return.
