The intermediate injection keeps the flow temperature high even at low source temperatures. With auxiliary heating, up to 75 °C is possible.

Meters integrated ex works
Heat quantity meter and electricity meter are installed as standard. The annual performance factor can thus be proven without additional technology.

Frequently asked questions
What does the DACH version mean?
The device, control, and documentation are designed for the German-speaking region: menu navigation and documentation in German, mains connection 400 V / 50 Hz. This allows the heat pump to be used equally in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Subsidies and registration requirements differ by country – your local installer will clarify this.
What do L/W, S/W and W/W mean?
The flexoTHERM works with three heat sources: air (via the aroCOLLECT air collector), brine (ground collector or deep well), and groundwater. The device itself remains the same – only the source changes. Practical if it is not yet clear at the time of purchase whether the drilling will be approved.
Does the 5 kW size fit my house?
5.28 kW at B0/W35 is suitable for well-insulated single-family homes with approximately 5 to 6 kW heating load. For geothermal energy, the heat extraction capacity of the ground also counts – the drilling depth is part of the drilling company's planning.
What do I need in addition to the device?
The system controller, connection fittings, and VR 10 sensors according to the hydraulic diagram. Also the heat source itself – ground probe, ground collector, well, or aroCOLLECT – and a hot water storage tank.
