Vaillant provides a 10-year material guarantee on the scroll compressor. Details are governed by the warranty conditions.

What does the DACH version mean?
The device, control system and documentation are designed for the German-speaking area: Menu navigation and documentation in German, mains connection 400 V / 50 Hz. This means the heat pump can be used equally in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Subsidies and registration requirements differ per country – your local installer will clarify this.
What do L/W, B/W and W/W mean?
The flexoTHERM works with three heat sources: air (via the aroCOLLECT air collector), brine (ground collector or deep bore) and groundwater. The device itself remains the same – only the source changes.
Which buildings is the 15 kW size designed for?
14.39 kW at B0/W35 covers large single-family homes, two- and multi-family homes or smaller commercial properties. For geothermal energy, the extraction capacity of the ground also counts – the drilling depth is part of the drilling company's planning.
What do I need in addition to the device?
The system controller, connection fittings and the VR 10 sensors according to the hydraulic diagram. In addition, the heat source itself – ground probe, ground collector, well or aroCOLLECT – as well as a hot water tank.
