Frequently asked questions
What does LFP mean and why is it safe?
LFP stands for Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4). This cell chemistry is very thermally stable, does not tend to thermal runaway, and does not contain cobalt. Therefore, it is considered the safest choice for stationary home storage systems.
How do I expand the storage later?
Simply stack more modules into the tower, up to a maximum of 8 per tower. From the 9th module, a second tower with a Series Box is built. Only modules of the same version should be installed within a tower.
What are the differences between the HS51 and the HS51-O?
Both versions have the same capacity, performance, and dimensions. The O-version additionally offers active cell balancing and an integrated aerosol fire suppression cartridge.
