What is the difference between Master and Slave Pack?
The Master Pack contains the BMS control and is the base unit. Slave Packs are purely expansion modules without control – they must always be operated together with a Master.
Can I operate the Slave Pack alone?
No. The Slave Pack absolutely requires a T-BAT H5.8 V3 Master Pack as a control unit. Stand-alone operation is not technically possible.
How many Slave Packs can I connect?
Up to 5 Slave Packs per Master, resulting in a total capacity of 34.6 kWh. With inverters that have two battery connections, a total of 12 modules are even possible.
