The premium backwater valve for wastewater containing faeces and faecal-free wastewater is equipped with a motorized closure system, which automatically closes in the event of backwater. A second closure system serves as a manually lockable emergency closure. Control is provided by a user-friendly control unit, which can optionally be integrated into the building management system via a potential-free contact or can output alarm and collective fault messages via a GSM interface. Thanks to the modular KESSEL system, existing systems can be easily converted to the Pumpfix F backwater pumping station.
