Modular device for mounting on DIN-EN 60715 TH35 mounting rail. 1 module = 18mm wide, 58mm deep. Either universal control voltage 12..230V UC at control input A1/A2 or 230V with up to 5mA glow lamp current at control input A1/A2. In addition, terminal B1 must be connected. Simultaneous use of two potentials at the control inputs is not permitted. Very low switching noise. There is no continuous power supply unless terminal B1 is connected. This results in no power consumption in idle state. If loads greater than 10 A are switched or
glow lamps are used, terminal B1 must also be connected. This results in a standby loss of only 0.4W. State-of-the-art hybrid technology combines the advantages of wear-free electronic control with the high performance of special relays. Due to the use of a bistable relay, there is no coil power loss and no heating in the switched-on state. The relay contact can be open or closed during commissioning and synchronizes itself at the first operation. The terminal assignment is identical to the electromechanical impulse switch S12-200-. Maximum current as a sum over both contacts 16A at 230V. If this impulse switch is in a circuit which is monitored with a field disconnector FR12-230V, no additional basic load is required, but the monitoring voltage of the FR12-230V must be set to max. The electronics have no dedicated power supply and therefore no power consumption in either contact position. Only during the short control pulse of only 0.2 seconds does the control current flow, which activates the microcontroller. It reads the last switching state from its non-volatile memory, switches the bistable relay accordingly in the opposite direction and writes the new switching state back into the memory.
