As directional pushbuttons, arrow up switches on and dims up, and arrow down switches off and dims down. A double-click arrow up triggers automatic dimming up to full brightness at dim-speed speed. A double-click arrow down triggers the snooze function. The children's room function is carried out with the pushbutton at arrow up. With a universal pushbutton, the direction is reversed by briefly releasing the pushbutton. Children's room function KI (universal pushbutton or directional pushbutton arrow up): When switching on with a longer pushbutton operation, after approx. 1 second it switches on with the lowest brightness and, as long as the button is pressed, it slowly dims up without changing the last stored brightness level. Snooze function SL (universal pushbutton or directional pushbutton arrow down): By a double pulse, the lighting dims from the current dimming position to the minimum brightness and switches off. The max. dimming time of 60 minutes depends on the current dimming position and the set minimum brightness and can thus be shortened accordingly. By briefly pressing, it can be switched off at any time during the dimming process. A long press during the dimming process dims up and ends the snooze function.
