The ABB i-bus® KNX USB interface USB/S 1.2 is a KNX DIN rail device (REG) in Pro M Design for installation in a distribution board on a 35 mm mounting rail.
The USB interface enables communication between the ETS and a KNX system (programming, bus monitor, group monitor).
Visualizations or other clients can also access KNX via USB.
The device is connected to the computer via a USB Type B cable and is ready for operation as soon as USB is connected.
The necessary driver is automatically installed under Windows when first connected.
The operating status and telegram traffic are indicated by 3 LEDs.
The KNX part and the USB part are galvanically isolated from each other.
