UPS for emergency call set with frame S.1 polar white glossy. The UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is designed for installation in a flush-mounted box according to DIN 49073 and provides uninterrupted power to an emergency call set via the integrated battery in case of a power outage. When mains power is restored, battery power is stopped and the battery is recharged. The UPS module reaches its full emergency power readiness after several hours of mains operation. The following operating states are signaled via the alarm contact M on switched-on staff room units: - UPS in operation: If the emergency call set power supply unit has no power, a signal tone sounds every 10 seconds for 1 second. - Battery fault / not connected: If the emergency call set power supply unit has power, 2 signal tones sound every 10 seconds for 1 second each. Note: A suitable emergency call set is not included, further participants of the emergency call system can be integrated.
