Harmony XPS Basic safety relays implement basic safety functions. The focus is on classic functions and easy operability with many switching contacts. This safety module can be operated directly without any settings and implements a safety function. For this purpose, the normally closed contacts of emergency stop/stop buttons, position or rope pull switches are integrated into the supply circuit of the safety module. Thus, the safety function can be implemented in single-channel or dual-channel (redundant) versions. For the start function, automatic, manual or monitored start is available at separate inputs. This safety switching device has 4 safe NO relay contacts and 2 NC relay contacts at the output. The supply voltage is 24 VAC/DC and the connections are made via detachable screw terminals. Applications up to safety level PL e in Category 4 or SIL3 can be implemented. A wide range of approvals enables international use. Mounting is done by snapping onto a DIN rail or by screw mounting on mounting plates.
