The LAVA BASIC 3.0 is an infrared heater with a depth of only 18 mm, suitable for heating from both the ceiling and the wall. It generates infrared radiant heat using a special magnetic field-free heating element. Unlike conventional heaters, it does not only warm the air but also all people and objects in the room. Furthermore, the devices are excellently suited as full or zone heating. When installed in a suspended ceiling, the heater integrates completely into the ceiling. Ceiling mounting allows for optimal use of space and also prevents damage to the heater. The revised bracket ensures even easier one-person installation. Available in traffic white RAL 9016 and nano anthracite RAL 7016, and in up to 8 power outputs (200-1350 W). Fine textured surface, protection class: IP X4, surface temperature: ceiling mounting max. 120 °C / wall mounting max. 95 °C, installation depth: 48 mm, CE compliant, connection cable: 1 m, 3 x 1.0 mm² without plug, 230 V. This product is a fixed electric local space heater with a nominal heat output of more than 250W. To comply with the binding ecodesign requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1103, it must be supplemented by a controller that fulfils at least the following control functions: electronic room temperature control with weekday control (TW) and at least one f-function (e.g., f2, f4, or f8); the following combinations are possible: TW (f2), TW (f3), TW (f8)
