The innovative LAVA LUX infrared heater from ETHERMA combines the latest LED and infrared heat technology. Thanks to patented technology, an efficient infrared heater and an exclusive LED light are combined in one device. The entire surface of the panel illuminates, emitting homogeneous light downwards. The combination of light and heat makes LAVA LUX particularly suitable as supplementary and zone heating for offices, doctor's surgeries, and reception areas, as well as for living spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, or home offices. The full-surface neutral white light (4000 K) guarantees optimal illumination, making it ideal for workspaces. Heating and light can be operated separately or together – as required and depending on the season. Installation is either surface-mounted on the ceiling, or the infrared heater is integrated into a suspended ceiling. Installation in a suspended ceiling is very easy thanks to the panel's standard suspended ceiling dimensions. It can be flexibly inserted in place of a module and provides pleasant warmth and bright light from above within minutes. Infrared heaters warm people and objects in the room, not the air, thus avoiding unpleasant dust circulation or dry heating air. Ideal conditions for a comfortable indoor climate. Ceiling mounting ensures particularly efficient heat distribution, while also making optimal use of the room. The light is controlled directly via an external switch (ON/OFF). Separately, the heating can be regulated either via a flush-mounted thermostat or a radio control. The surface is made of glass. The frame is made of high-quality powder-coated aluminum.
