The SL Alpha plate is the innovative solution for PV mounting systems on pitched roofs. As a roof replacement plate, it replaces almost all roof tiles and reduces roof connections by up to 60%. This not only saves costs but also valuable installation time. Stability in extreme weather conditions is ensured by snow loads of up to 1,500 kg. Simplified warehousing and the prevention of tile breakage are further advantages. With a minimal rafter width, the plate is versatile. The pre-assembled clamp combination allows for height-adjustable rail mounting and can be replaced with a vertical clamp combination if required. The rail hook-in technology only requires one tool (Torx 40) and significantly simplifies installation. A riveted and sealed EPDM rubber sleeve and upturned plate sides ensure reliable sealing. In the depressions of the corrugations, wind-calmed zones are created, which allow water to drain effectively. With an integrated snow and ice deflector, the Alpha plate can be laid in a single layer or in a cross-bond. Delivery includes a hose clamp.
