The specially developed thermal foam allows the Thermodose to be mounted absolutely firmly in any type of masonry in a matter of seconds. A small squirt of foam through the predetermined breaking point at the back of the box is enough to completely enclose it. In addition to quick installation, the foam also enables thermal-bridge-free and airtight installation of the flush-mounted box, including sound insulation. The foam is cuttable after only 20-30 minutes and completely cured after 24 hours. Due to the REACH chemical regulation set by the European Commission, anyone who uses the thermal foam commercially or industrially must complete training on safe handling.
