TRE SPLIT Sheet Metal Punch M40 – 183589

The TRE SPLIT slug-splitting punch system for ST 37 sheets divides the sheet into 3 parts. This prevents the slug from getting stuck on the draw stud or in the die, allowing for fast and burr-free punching. Max. steel sheet thickness: 2 mm with 9.5 mm draw stud/draw bolt and 3 mm with 19 mm draw stud/draw bolt. The punches are suitable for manual and hydraulic operation. The special cutting geometry of the TRE SPLIT punch reduces the cutting pressure required, thus easing the effort for manual operation with a ball bearing screw. It also ensures less strain on hydraulic tools. The anti-wear paste protects against wear and seizing.
