TRE SPLIT Sheet Metal Punch M20 – 183586

The TRE SPLIT slug-splitting hole punch system for ST 37 sheets divides the sheet into 3 parts. This prevents the slug from getting stuck on the draw stud or in the die. This allows for fast and burr-free punching. Max. sheet thicknesses: 2 mm with 9.5 mm draw stud/draw bolt and 3 mm with 19 mm draw stud/draw bolt. The punches are suitable for manual and hydraulic operation. The special cutting geometry of the TRE SPLIT punch reduces the cutting pressure required, thus easing the effort required for manual operation with a ball-bearing screw. This also ensures reduced strain on hydraulic tools. The anti-wear paste protects against wear and seizing.
