TRE SPLIT Sheet Metal Punch M16 – 183585

The TRE SPLIT punch-sheet hole system for ST 37 sheets divides the sheet into 3 parts. This prevents the scrap piece from getting jammed on the draw screw or in the die. Fast and burr-free punching is possible. Max. sheet thicknesses: 2 mm with 9.5 mm draw screw/draw bolt and 3 mm with 19 mm draw screw/draw bolt. The punches are suitable for manual and hydraulic operation. The special cutting geometry of the TRE SPLIT punch reduces the cutting pressure required, thus making it easier to operate by hand with a ball bearing screw. It also ensures less strain on hydraulic tools. The anti-wear paste protects against wear and seizing.
