The Fluke 1623 is an earth ground tester that can perform all four types of earth ground measurement. The Fluke 1623 and 1625 earth ground testers can measure earth loop resistances using current clamps, thus employing the stake-less measurement method. With this measurement method, neither earth stakes nor the disconnection of deep earth electrodes are required.
