LED dimmer REG from ABB with rotary actuation, push-button sequential changeover switch, and soft detent ‒ optimized for dimming retrofit LED lamps (LEDi). Suitable for LEDi with conventional or electronic transformers, as well as for incandescent lamps, 230V halogen lamps, low-voltage halogen lamps, and dimmable halogen energy-saving lamps. Mixed load operation possible. A selector switch allows switching between leading-edge and trailing-edge phase control. Low noise due to MOSFET technology. Short-circuit proof and overload protected thanks to electronic fuse. The minimum brightness is individually adjustable. Rated power: 2‒100W/VA (LEDi), 10‒250W/VA (non-LEDi). With conventional transformers, approx. 20 percent transformer losses must be taken into account; with electronic transformers, approx. 5 percent. Also suitable for use in two-way switching circuits.
