HARMONY Control. This level relay monitors the fill level of conductive, non-flammable liquids (conductive measuring principle) as a limit switch. It can also be used to control liquid levels in a 2-point control system for filling and emptying. For this purpose, conductive level electrodes are suspended in the tank. The measuring principle allows for distinguishing between liquid and foam. Two changeover relays are available for signaling, which can handle up to 8 A. The resistance value (250 Ohm-1 MOhm) can be set as a limit value, and a response or deactivation delay can be adjusted for the outputs. Settings are made via controls on the front, which can be protected against changes by a transparent cover. A backlit scale arrow makes it very easy to read the potentiometer settings, even from a distance. The front diagnostic switch allows the output relays to be switched off for testing the entire application. Closing the transparent cover automatically resets the diagnostic switch. Two LEDs indicate the status. The width is 22.5 mm, and it is mounted on a DIN rail. The wide-range power supply (24-240 VAC/DC) enables universal use. The wiring connection is made via screw terminals.
