The MS132 motor starter protector with thermal and electromagnetic protection is a compact and powerful series with high short-circuit breaking capacity for motor protection up to 15 kW (400 V) with a module width of 45 mm. The temperature-compensated device has a rotary knob operation with a clear switching position indicator I/TRIP/0. In addition, the MS132 has a short-circuit indicator. The rotary knob can be locked directly in the 0-position with a padlock. Auxiliary, signal and short-circuit signaling contacts, as well as undervoltage and shunt trips can be mounted without tools. 3-phase busbars for 65 A or 100 A and infeed terminals for 25 mm² or 35 mm² allow common infeed for several motor starter protectors. Protective housings and accessories for control cabinet and door mounting complete the range. ATEX certification allows the protection of motors in hazardous areas, and UL approval as a "self-protected combination motor controller" extends the range of application in North America.
