VigiPacT RH99P is a residual current monitoring relay for mounting on DIN rails. It monitors the degradation of electrical insulation due to the aging of cables or extensions in the installation. It measures the leakage current in an electrical installation via its associated core balance current transformer. If the residual current operating threshold is exceeded, the relay outputs a control signal. The operating supply voltage is 220/240VAC 50/60Hz. It is a type A earth fault protection class. The current sensitivity is selectable with 9 thresholds from 30 mA to 30 A. The time delay is selectable with 9 settings from instantaneous to 4.5s. There is an automatic reset after fault clearance. The monitored voltage of the distribution network is up to 1000 VAC 50/60/400 Hz. It is installed on a front panel and has IP40 protection. It must be connected to a compatible Schneider Electric type A core balance or rectangular sensor.
