AC meter with energy consumption display – 28032411

Maximum current 32A, standby loss only 0.5 Watt. Modular device for mounting on DIN-EN 60715 TH35 mounting rail. 1 module = 18mm wide, 58mm deep. The energy consumption display EVA12 measures the active energy like an AC meter based on the current flowing between the input and output and stores the consumption in non-volatile memory. Like all meters without MID conformity declaration in Europe, it is not approved for monetary electricity billing. The accuracy, like all ELTAKO AC meters, corresponds to class B according to MID (1%), the starting current is 20mA. This means the energy consumption display accurately reproduces the measurement of the meter installed elsewhere in the building for electricity billing. The display is divided into 3 fields. Field 1: This display refers to the accumulated value in field 3. IIII slowly moving to the right = Field 3 shows the accumulated consumption since reset. This is the normal display. S01 = Field 3 shows the consumption of the last full hour up to S24 = 24 hours ago. T01 = Field 3 shows the consumption of the last full day up to T31 = 31 days ago. M01 = Field 3 shows the consumption of the last full month up to M12 = 12 months ago. J01 = Field 3 shows the consumption of the last full year up to J24 = 24 years ago. Field 2: Instantaneous value of power consumption (active power) in Watts (W) or Kilowatts (kW). The left and right arrows indicate the automatic switching between W and kW. Field 3: Accumulated value in kWh. Display up to 9.999kWh with 3 decimal places, from 10 kWh with 1 decimal place and from 1000kWh without decimal place. The left MODE button cycles through the display options, which are shown in Field 1: S01, T01, M01 and J01 as described above. Finally, pressing MODE displays the country code of the set language. D for German, GB for English and F for French. With the right SELECT button, within the display options, each press increments the displayed number by 1 and shows the corresponding value in Field 3. Thus, from the last full hour, it becomes the penultimate hour, etc. If the active language was selected with MODE, another language can be switched to with SELECT. If the new language setting is exited with MODE, it becomes active. 20 seconds after the last MODE or SELECT operation and if both buttons are pressed briefly at the same time, the program automatically returns to the normal display. Reset: To start saving the values on an hourly basis, a reset at a convenient time after installation is recommended. To do this, press and hold the MODE and SELECT buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until RES appears in Field 1. If SELECT is now pressed briefly, all memories are reset to zero. After that, the program automatically returns to the normal display. Error messages: If the current direction is incorrect, F01 is displayed. If the voltage drops below 170 V, F02 is displayed.
