Safety cable with concentric conductor, 0.6/1kV, ceramic, halogen-free, with improved fire performance, based on VDE 0266, insulation integrity FE180 according to VDE 0472-814, IEC 60331, circuit integrity E90* according to DIN 4102-12. Safety cables are used wherever special protection against fire and fire damage for people and property is necessary and high safety requirements must be met. They may be installed indoors. When laid outdoors, protection against direct sunlight must be provided (sheath color orange). Direct laying in earth and water is only permitted when using a protective conduit. These cables meet the requirements for circuit integrity E90* according to DIN 4102-12. Circuit integrity is guaranteed at an operating voltage of up to 400 V and depends on the installation technique. Permissible operating temperature at the conductor +90°C.
