Safety cable with concentric conductor, 0.6/1kV, Ceram, halogen-free, with improved fire behavior, in accordance with VDE 0266, insulation integrity FE180 according to VDE 0472-814, IEC 60331, functional integrity E30-E60* according to DIN 4102-12. Safety cables are used wherever special protection against fire and fire damage to people and property is necessary and high safety requirements must be met. They may be laid indoors. When laid outdoors, protection against direct sunlight must be provided (orange jacket color). Direct laying in soil and water is only permitted with the use of a protective conduit. These cables comply with the requirements for functional integrity E30-E60* according to DIN 4102-12. Functional integrity is guaranteed at an operating voltage of up to 400 V. Permissible operating temperature at the conductor +90°C.
