BWT Perla Home, lead-free Make: BWT Simplex water softener based on the ion exchange principle. Untreated inlet water is available during a regeneration process. Regeneration is triggered volumetrically (water volume dependent). This ensures that no remaining soft water reserve is discarded during regeneration. The mode of operation is consumption-dependent. The adaptive sequential operating mode enables maximum water availability and minimization of stagnation. The regeneration time is therefore at night - a period with typically low water demand. BWT perla home automatically determines the required capacity by continuously evaluating a two-week consumption period. Depending on capacity consumption, the product performs a proportional regeneration or a hygiene flush at the regeneration time. If the capacity is not exhausted within 72 hours, the control system triggers a regeneration (stagnation management). A BWT mineral dosing device can be connected at any time using a plug-in connector. For registered devices, device information (LAN, WLAN, GSM module) is transmitted to the BWT Cloud and made available to the operator. The system has an intuitive touch display that provides an overview of all parameters. The extensive connectivity (GSM/LAN/WLAN) enables control and monitoring. Registration in the BWT BEST WATER Home App enables operating and maintenance functions.
