TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) is a modern N-Type cell technology with an additional passivation layer. It reduces electrical losses, ensures a lower temperature coefficient, and better low-light performance than classic PERC cells.

With the bifacial Solitek SOLID, both the front and back sides are protected by glass, and the cells can also absorb light from the rear. Reflected light from the ground generates additional yield – especially on light-colored surfaces, flat roofs, and open areas. The glass-glass construction is also particularly durable.

A 435 Wp module in Austria generates around 400 to 500 kWh per year, depending on location and orientation; due to the bifacial rear-side gain, the yield can be at the upper end.
