Submersible pump type UNILIFT AP12.40.06.A1 with float switch. Wastewater pump Vertical 1-stage wastewater pump in stainless steel design with vertical discharge port and integrated submersible fully encapsulated 1-phase motor and built-in thermal switch, according to insulation class F. The pump is equipped with an inlet screen and a float switch for automatic ON-OFF. The pump has a semi-open impeller with 12 mm free passage and is suitable for pumping surface water, groundwater and rainwater. The pump has a double shaft seal consisting of a mechanical seal and an oil barrier chamber, which is filled with a non-hazardous special oil. The pump is provided with a riser pipe, maintenance-free, permanently lubricated ball bearings and a cooling jacket, through which the pumped medium flows and which permanently cools the motor. The pump can be used stationary and transportable. To prevent moisture from entering the stator windings, the power cable is provided with cast cable contacts. In intermittent operation, 20 switching cycles per hour. Mains and float switch cables are pluggable. The glass potting compound in the socket prevents moisture from entering the motor winding.
